Milled from our farm-grown Szegedi peppers, named for the famous Hungarian region of Szeged. The perfect paprika for spice lovers, and for the rest of us, it is a flavorful substitute for Cayenne pepper in recipes. Also a good value in the kitchen: a little goes a long way!
