One of the highlights of farming in Maine is sourcing seed bred right at Johnny's in Winslow. Collaborating with Cornell on this one, they call it their "proudest butternut breeding achievement to date." Smaller variety sizing to 1-2 lbs and growing in a bush habit on smaller vines with no curing needed and rich flavor.
