Medium-large bulb red onions with good flavor and storability. My favorite use is to quick-pickle with lime and salt and serve with tacos. Gently tease the plants apart and plant 4-6" apart taking care not too plant too deeply. Harvest when the tops have started to fall over and cure well if planning to store
